The Marketing Coordinator is the primary coordination point for the Beauty & Personal Care business in North America within the Global ALS Marketing team, with hands-on responsibility for supporting marketing execution across the US market. Working closely with commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders, the role translates local market needs into aligned strategy and tactics, while maintaining consistent ALS brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience.



The Marketing Coordinator supports the overall marketing strategy by executing a broad range of initiatives, producing compelling content and campaign assets, and analysing performance to help drive commercial growth and strengthen brand presence in the Beauty & Personal Care sector. This role requires a highly organised, commercially aware individual who can manage multiple channels and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

Responsibilities


Coordination for the North American Beauty & Personal Care business

  • Serve as the primary marketing coordinator for the North American Beauty & Personal Care business, supporting delivery of agreed regional marketing plans and commercial priorities.
  • Translate local market needs, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and commercial priorities into structured briefs and tactical marketing recommendations, aligned with global strategy and brand frameworks.
  • Ensure all local adaptations and campaign materials remain consistent with global brand guidelines, messaging, tone of voice, and any applicable technical or regulatory considerations.
  • Work effectively with US commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence through clarity, structure, and evidence while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Report to the relevant Marketing Manager / Marketing Director for the region or business line.


Campaign management and execution

  • Plan, implement, and support integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email marketing, social media, website content, direct marketing, trade media, and events.
  • Coordinate customer-facing communications in line with agreed marketing strategy, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of trade shows, webinars, customer events, and industry conferences, including logistics, asset development, promotional activity, and follow-up.
  • Support sector-focused campaigns targeting customers across categories such as cosmetics, personal care, skincare, haircare, hygiene, and household-related consumer products, where relevant.


Content creation and management

  • Work with technical experts and internal stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality marketing content that resonates with target audiences, supports lead generation, and strengthens brand credibility.
  • Produce a range of print and digital marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
  • Manage and update website content, continuously reviewing and optimising pages for engagement, usability, and SEO performance.
  • Help develop customer-relevant messaging around ALS capabilities in testing, regulatory support, product development, quality, safety, and analytical services for the Beauty & Personal Care market.



Digital marketing and analytics

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence for relevant campaigns and regional priorities.
  • Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, assessing effectiveness against goals, KPIs, and commercial outcomes.
  • Use content management systems (CMS) to update website content, create landing pages, and manage digital assets.
  • Ensure website and campaign content is optimised for SEO and lead conversion.
  • Create and optimise landing pages, forms, and calls to action within the marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot or Pardot.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven marketing experience, ideally in B2B services, technical services, consumer product support, or a related sector.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms to build, execute, and measure campaigns.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing best practices across digital, content, campaign, and event marketing.
  • Experience with Sitecore CMS preferred; comparable experience with other enterprise-level CMS platforms also accepted.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data and translate findings into practical marketing actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and data-driven recommendations clearly.
  • Experience with social media marketing and platform management.
  • Experience developing, executing, or optimising paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced commercial setting.


Preferred sector experience

  • Experience supporting marketing activities in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Consumer Products, or related testing / technical service environments would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer needs and market dynamics across beauty and personal care brands, manufacturers, formulators, and supply chain partners is beneficial.
